Immunoprecipitation sequencing
ChIP-Seq provides epigenetic profiling of DNA targets for histone modification, transcription factors, and other DNA-associated protein. RIP-Seq is used to analyse the protein-RNA interactions that play important roles in multiple post-transcriptional regulation processes such as RNA cleavage, transport, and sequence editing. Applications range from study of transcriptional regulation to developmental pathways to disease mechanisms, and beyond.
Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing
DNA methylation of cytosine (5-mC) is an epigenetic modification that influences gene expression and cellular activity. Abnormal methylation patterns have been associated with several conditions and diseases, such as cancer. Whole Genome Bisulphite Sequencing analyses this methylation at a single base resolution.
