Our human whole genome sequencing (WGS) services offer comprehensive coverage of the genome for the identification of SVs, SNPs, CVs and InDels, with applications ranging from disease research to population evolution studies.
Plant and Animal Whole Genome Sequencing
Plant and animal WGS has become a rapid and effective method for unravelling species origin, development and growth. Its applications range from variant detection, to large-scale evolutions studies, to novel species identification.
Whole Exome Sequencing
Whole exome sequencing offers a cost-effective alternative to WGS. It focuses only on the protein-coding regions of the genome,  Protein-coding regions account for only 2% of the genome but are responsible for 85% of all known disease-causing variants.
Metagenomics analyses the entire microbial community of a specific habitat by recovering genetic material directly from the environment. It involves studies of the community structure, species classification, systematic evolution, gene function, and metabolic network at a population level.
